Dr. Oz Popcorn and Banana Smoothie Recipes
Today Dr. Oz had on the one and only Oprah Winfrey to talk about her life after her daily television talk show. One of the segments featured Dr. Oz sharing two recipes (Popcorn and Banana smoothie recipe) that looked absolutely delicious. Both of which will be added to my book of healthy recipes. In case you missed the episode or weren't able to jot down the ingredients and instructions, here they are listed below.

Fruit smoothies are a delicious and healthy way to treat yourself during the course of your day. Dr. Oz has added some ingredients for added protein and fiber benefits!
