Dr. Oz Fat Burning Supplement, Chitosan, Calcium Pyruvate, GLA

Fat Burning Supplments, Chitosan, Calcium Pyruvate, and GLA (Gamma Linolenic Acid

The first half of today's show was all about losing your belly fat. In case you missed the opening segment, read Montel Williams Safslim Diet Supplement and see how he lost inches of belly fat without dieting at all!  The following segment on today's show  was about supplements that burn fat.  It's New Years Resolution time, so any assistance we can get would be fabulous.  The supplements that Dr. Oz talks about in this segment are Calcium Pyruvate, Chitosan Supplements, and GLA.

Dr. Oz starts off the new year with cutting edge new fat burning supplements that just may give you the added boost you need to meet all or weight loss goals for the year. He brought up a guest from the audience to assist him.  Her name was Carla, and she said that she hated her belly and wishes it would just go away! (Oh how I can relate).

Dr. Oz asked Carla what she has been doing to try and lose the belly fat.  She said that she does pilates, goes walking, and watches her diet. She did say that she is so busy taking care of her kids that she doesn't exercise as much as she should and her diet sometimes slips. Dr. Oz had three new supplement suggestions for her to try to get her on the right track.

Calcium Pyruvate Supplements

Dr. Oz suggested that she try Calcium Pyruvate supplments.  He said it is all natural and in fact occurs naturally inside the human body. He says that Calcium Pyruvate helps to release body fat rather than store it.  Some people are deficient so taking Calcium Pyruvate supplements can help you to get rid of unwanted fat, especially around the waistline.  The dosage level he suggests is 1000 mg per day.

Chitosan Supplements

Chitosan is found in the skin of shrimp.  Dr. Oz said that Chitosan is high in calcium and aids us in our weight loss efforts by acting like a barrier inside of the intestinal tract.  The dosage he suggests is 1000 milligrams per day. Read Chitosan Supplement Customer Reviews.

GLA (Stands for Gamma Linolenic Acid)

Dr. Oz said that there are no side effects by taking GLA and it works by influencing your fat cells to release fat.  He said that the dosage level to take is 800 milligrams per day.

  1. Should these be taken together? Or just by trying one at a time?
