Dr. Oz said that sleep disturbances effect us all in many ways. He said that you should be getting 7-8 hours of sleep each night, but for many of us we are getting much less. He said that if you have a goal to lose weight, getting more sleep would be the very first place that he would start. If you have a full nights sleep you will wake up with much more energy and will be in a more positive mood. It's hard to get an exercise program going when you are sluggish and tired all day.
